Context
Over the course of several years, I have been lucky enough to be involved in a wide range of projects and roles which require a high level of artwork and creativity.  From digital marketing purposes around websites and applications, print, product packaging, exhibition stall designs, personalised gifts, and more.
Depending on the intended purpose the tools used can vary from photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop, vector tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign for publishing, video editing via Adobe Premiere and After Effects, as well as 3D modelling software like, Cinema 4D, Adobe XD, etc..
Design Requirements
Each design role is different, all dependant of the purpose, medium, product, brand identity, marketing strategy, etc.  Therefore with all designs, art direction would be given from the key stakeholders.  I would however provide various designs if required when refining designs.  Ultimately I believe that when producing artwork, it is also best to follow certain practices to ensure a high quality final product and offer flexibility in design if required at a later stage.

With all work created, I would always
1.  Ensure all size requirements and the correct resolution was established from the beginning.
2.  Make sure all branded assets and colours are correct; following brand style guides.
3.  Maintain a clean organised artwork file with correctly named assets and layers.  This ensures quick and efficient amends when required, as well as providing an organised file that others can follow and work from when collaborating in a team.

Final Thoughts
Through various projects I have been able to utilise my skillset to provide artwork to promote, showcase and highlight the content dependent on each individual requirement.  Over several years I have built a portfolio of work including ecommerce websites, brand campaigns, 3D models for promotional materials and visualisation, product packaging, portrait artwork and video production.  As design trends evolve it is great to be able to express your creativity through artwork; evolving and continuously learning from every project as every piece of artworks requires specific needs to be considered in order for them to fulfil their purpose and be a success.
